The next four or more years of college don’t matter
We just work our entire life towards an ultimate goal….death. What else is there? Nothing. I can think of nothing of any importance I have done in my life up until this point. We spend fifteen years of our life in school, and the next forty or so working. I don’t get how people just accept this and live with it. All of our dreams, we think we’ll get to eventually. We put them off until a later, more convenient time. But just because the year and your age change doesn’t mean anything else does, other than the fact that you are closer to dying. I don’t understand why it isn’t socially acceptable to be spontaneous and act on a whim and actually do what you want.
I always think that there will be some defining moment in which my life will change and it’ll have meaning and everything will be good. But that’s not how it works.
still going through old posts
